この利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、(事業者名を設定してください)(以下「当社」)が提供する NG ワードチェックサービス「Civilo」(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本規約に同意のうえ本サービスを利用するものとします。

第1条(定義)

1. 「利用者」とは、本規約に同意し本サービスを利用する個人または法人をいいます。
2. 「判定」とは、利用者が送信したテキストが利用者の登録した NG ワードやポリシーに該当するかを本サービスが機械的に推定することをいいます。
3. 「投稿データ」とは、利用者が判定のために本サービスに送信するテキスト(コメント等)をいいます。

第2条(アカウントと API キー)

1. 利用者は正確な情報を登録し、API キーを自己の責任で管理するものとします。API キーを用いて行われた行為は利用者の行為とみなします。
2. API キーの漏えいが疑われる場合、利用者は直ちにダッシュボードから再発行するものとします。

第3条(サービスの内容と性質)

1. 本サービスは、難読化・回避表現を含む NG ワードの検知を目的とした機械的な判定を提供し、その結果をスコア(0〜1)として返します。スコアに対する閾値の設定および NG とするか否かの判断は利用者が行うものとします。
2. 判定結果は参考情報であり、正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。誤検知(問題のないテキストを NG と判定すること)および見逃し(問題のあるテキストを OK と判定すること)が発生し得ます。投稿の削除・非表示・通報等の最終的な判断と措置は利用者の責任で行うものとします。
3. ポリシー機能では、外部の大規模言語モデル(Anthropic 社の Claude API)を利用します。その利用回数はプランごとに上限があります。

第4条(料金と支払い)

1. 料金は料金ページに定めるとおりとし、決済は Stripe を通じて行います。
2. プランの上限(語数・リスト数・月間チェック数・LLM 判定数等)を超えた場合、当社は該当機能の提供を停止し、または超過分を従量課金することがあります。
3. 解約は次回請求日前までにダッシュボードから行うものとし、日割り返金は行いません。

第5条(禁止事項)

利用者は次の行為をしてはなりません。

• (1)法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• (2)本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、過度な負荷をかける行為
• (3)リバースエンジニアリング、モデルやデータの抽出
• (4)他者の API キーの使用、API キーの共有・転売
• (5)本サービスを用いて第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• (6)判定結果を、当社が判定したものとして第三者に提示する行為

第6条(投稿データの取り扱い)

1. 投稿データの権利は利用者または投稿者に帰属します。当社は判定の実行に必要な範囲でのみ投稿データを処理します。
2. 当社は投稿データの本文を判定処理後にサーバーのログに保存しません。処理の高速化のため、判定結果を一時的にメモリ上に保持することがあります。
3. 利用者が誤検知・見逃しのフィードバックとして送信した例文は、本サービスの精度向上(モデルの再学習を含む)に利用することがあります。
4. 投稿データに第三者の個人情報が含まれる場合、利用者は個人情報保護法上の個人情報取扱事業者として、当社への委託について適法に処理する責任を負います。当社は委託先として、プライバシーポリシーに定める安全管理措置を講じます。

第7条(サービスの変更・中断・終了)

当社は、利用者への事前の通知をもって本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。保守・障害・不可抗力により、事前の通知なく一時的に中断することがあります。

第8条(免責)

1. 当社は、本サービスが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、判定結果の正確性、および中断なく提供されることを保証しません。
2. 当社の責めに帰すべき事由により利用者に損害が生じた場合、当社の賠償責任は、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、損害が発生した月に利用者が当社に支払った料金の額を上限とします。
3. 前項の規定は、利用者が消費者契約法上の消費者である場合、同法の規定に反しない範囲で適用します。

第9条(知的財産)

本サービスに関する著作権・商標権等の知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。

第10条(規約の変更)

当社は、民法第548条の4に基づき本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本サービス上での掲示またはメールでの通知により効力を生じます。

第11条(準拠法・裁判管轄)

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第12条(契約上の地位の譲渡)

当社は、本サービスに係る事業を第三者に譲渡し、または合併・会社分割その他の組織再編を行う場合、当該事業譲渡等に伴い本規約上の地位、本規約に基づく権利および義務ならびに利用者の登録情報その他の情報を譲受人に承継させることができ、利用者はあらかじめこれに同意するものとします。利用者は、当社の書面による事前の承諾なく、本規約上の地位または権利義務を第三者に譲渡・承継させることはできません。

These Terms govern use of the NG-word checking service “Civilo” (the “Service”) provided by (事業者名を設定してください) (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account and API keys

Register accurate information and keep your API key secure. Actions performed with your key are deemed yours. Rotate the key from the dashboard immediately if you suspect it has leaked.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service provides automated detection of NG words, including obfuscated variants, and returns the result as a score (0–1). Setting the cutoff and deciding whether text is NG is your responsibility. Results are advisory and not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. False positives and false negatives can occur. Final moderation decisions (hiding, deleting, reporting) are your responsibility. Policy features call an external large language model (Anthropic's Claude API) within plan limits.

3. Fees

Fees are as shown on the pricing page and billed via Stripe. Exceeding plan limits may suspend the affected feature or incur overage charges. Cancel before the next billing date; no pro-rated refunds.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• (1)use the Service unlawfully or against public order
• (2)interfere with or overload the Service
• (3)reverse engineer, or extract models or data
• (4)use another person's API key, or share or resell keys
• (5)infringe third-party rights using the Service
• (6)present results as our own moderation decisions

5. Submitted data

You or the original authors retain rights to submitted text. We process it only to perform checks, do not store comment text in server logs after processing, and may hold results briefly in memory for speed. Examples you submit as feedback may be used to improve the Service, including retraining. Where submitted data contains third-party personal information, you are the controller and we act as a processor under the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue the Service with prior notice, and may interrupt it without notice for maintenance, incidents or force majeure.

7. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the damage occurred. Statutory consumer protections are not affected.

8. Governing law

Japanese law governs these Terms. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

9. Assignment

If we transfer the business relating to the Service to a third party, or undergo a merger, demerger or other reorganisation, we may assign our position under these Terms, our rights and obligations, and your registered information to the successor, and you consent to this in advance. You may not assign your position or rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

(事業者名を設定してください)(以下「当社」)は、本サービスにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて、個人情報の保護に関する法律(以下「個人情報保護法」)その他の法令を遵守し、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

• アカウント情報: メールアドレス、チャンネル名・会社名、API キー(ハッシュ化して保存)、規約への同意日時
• 決済情報: 決済は Stripe, Inc. が処理し、当社はカード番号を保持しません。当社は Stripe の顧客 ID・サブスクリプション ID を保持します
• 利用情報: API の呼び出し回数、判定結果のメタ情報(NG/OK、処理時間)、登録した NG ワード・許可語・ポリシー本文
• 投稿データ: 判定のために送信されたテキスト。判定処理後は本文をログに保存しません(高速化のため一時的にメモリ上に保持することがあります)
• アクセスログ: IP アドレス、ユーザーエージェント、日時(不正利用防止と障害対応のため)

2. 利用目的

• 本サービスの提供・本人確認・課金・重要なお知らせの送付
• 不正利用の防止、障害対応、セキュリティの確保
• 利用者が送信したフィードバック例文による判定精度の向上(モデルの再学習を含む)
• 法令に基づく対応

3. 委託・外国にある第三者への提供

当社は、本サービスの提供のため、以下の事業者に個人情報の取り扱いを委託します。いずれも米国に所在する事業者であり、個人情報保護法第28条に基づき、個人情報保護委員会規則で定める基準に適合する体制を整備していることを確認したうえで提供します。米国には包括的な個人情報保護法制はなく、州法(カリフォルニア州 CCPA 等)およびセクター別の法令が適用されます。

• Modal Labs, Inc.(米国): サーバーインフラ(判定処理・データ保存)
• Anthropic, PBC(米国): ポリシー機能における大規模言語モデルによる処理(ポリシー本文と判定対象テキストを送信。学習には利用されない契約条件)
• Stripe, Inc.(米国): 決済処理

投稿データに第三者(コメント投稿者等)の個人情報が含まれる場合、利用者は当該第三者に対し、上記の外国にある第三者への提供について適切に周知・同意取得等を行うものとします。

4. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護に必要な場合、および前項の委託を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。また、合併・事業譲渡その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報を承継先に提供することがあります(この場合、承継前の利用目的の範囲内で取り扱います)。

5. 安全管理措置

API キーのハッシュ化、通信の暗号化(TLS)、アクセス制御、投稿データ本文の非保存、従業者の監督、委託先の監督を実施します。漏えい等が発生した場合は、法令に従い個人情報保護委員会への報告および本人への通知を行います。

6. 保存期間

アカウント情報および登録データはアカウント削除まで、利用情報は 13 か月、アクセスログは 90 日を目安に保存し、その後削除します。利用者はダッシュボードまたは API(DELETE /v1/me)からいつでもアカウントと登録データを削除できます。

7. 開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求

本人からの開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止等の請求には、本人確認のうえ法令に従って対応します。窓口: info@civilo.io

8. Cookie 等

本サービスのウェブ画面は、言語設定や API キー等の利便性のための情報をブラウザのローカルストレージに保存します。アクセス解析等のために利用者の端末から第三者へ情報を送信する仕組みは使用していません。

9. 改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は本サービス上で公表します。重要な変更はメールでも通知します。

1. Information we collect

• Account: email, channel or company name, API key (stored hashed), terms acceptance timestamp
• Billing: processed by Stripe, Inc.; we store Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never card numbers
• Usage: API call counts, result metadata (NG/OK, latency), your NG words, allow words and policy text
• Submitted text: comments sent for checking. We do not store comment text in server logs after processing; results may be held briefly in memory for speed
• Access logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps (abuse prevention and incident response)

2. Purposes

• Providing the Service, verification, billing and important notices
• Preventing abuse, incident response and security
• Improving accuracy using feedback examples you submit (including retraining)
• Compliance with law

3. Processors and international transfers

We entrust processing to the following providers located in the United States, after confirming they maintain safeguards meeting the standards set by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission (APPI Art. 28). The US has no comprehensive federal privacy law; state laws (e.g. CCPA) and sector-specific laws apply.

• Modal Labs, Inc. — server infrastructure (checks and storage)
• Anthropic, PBC — large language model processing for policy features (policy text and the text being checked; not used for training under contract)
• Stripe, Inc. — payments

Where submitted text contains third parties' personal information (e.g. commenters), you are responsible for informing them of, and where required obtaining consent to, these transfers.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law, to protect life, body or property, or to the processors above. Personal information may also be transferred to a successor in connection with a merger, business transfer or other succession, and will then be used only within the purposes stated before the succession.

5. Security

Hashed API keys, TLS, access control, no retention of comment text, staff and processor supervision. Breaches are reported to the Commission and affected individuals as required by law.

6. Retention

Account and registered data until deletion; usage data about 13 months; access logs about 90 days. You can delete your account and data anytime from the dashboard or via DELETE /v1/me.

7. Your rights

Requests for access, correction, deletion or suspension are handled under applicable law after identity verification. Contact: info@civilo.io

8. Local storage

Our web pages store convenience settings (language, API key) in your browser's local storage. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking.

9. Changes

Updates are published on the Service; material changes are also emailed.
